We bring together a unique blend of expertise in financial markets and cutting-edge in-house technology to deliver tailored, compliant solutions in the alternative assets space. Since launching in 2022, we’ve tokenized over $1.7bn in assets across real estate, private credit, funds, litigation finance and more.
We’re building a high-performance, people-first culture where ambitious individuals can thrive. We move fast, think big and hold ourselves to a high bar, while keeping things collaborative, open and genuinely fun. At Ctrl Alt ideas win on merit, teams work closely with leadership, and everyone has a voice in shaping what we build next.
We believe that hard work should come with real reward. You won’t just join a company - you’ll help build one. Last year alone, we grew from 17 to 50 people, and this year we’re going faster and further. That means real responsibility, meaningful impact, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company that’s redefining the future of finance through the tokenization of alternative assets.
We are a scaling fintech building the next generation of investment banking. You’ll work at the intersection of capital markets and cutting-edge blockchain technology, helping drive and shape the future of financial infrastructure. If you’re excited by scale-up energy, ownership, and the chance to help shape both a business and a culture, Ctrl Alt is where you can do the most rewarding work of your career.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help build the operating model for structured products on-chain. Demand for yield-bearing products from on-chain pools of capital is growing fast but the range of products available to meet it is limited. Structured products themselves have long settlement cycles, manual issuance processes and calculations that tokenisation and blockchain technology can rebuild.
This is an exciting opportunity to build from the ground up. You’ll own the operating model end-to-end: how a product is originated, issued, subscribed to, settled and then serviced through the lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams as well as external partners.
This role is based full-time in our London office reporting into the Chief Product Officer
What you'll be doing
Own the target operating model. Define how structured products are originated, issued, settled and serviced on-chain, upgrading the steps in the traditional flow.
Serve as the central point of contact for complex product deals, facilitating the full lifecycle through to final technical deployment.
Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on complex deal timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
Design the products and not just the pipes. Work with issuers and partners to understand where the demand is and what payoffs are most appropriate.
Translate intricate financial requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring our infrastructure is optimized for high-complexity, high-value asset tokenization.
This role will be a great fit if you:
Have worked on or around structured products, and can articulate how one is actually manufactured, distributed and serviced.
Have significant experience in strategy, structuring, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from pre-trade execution and settlement to post-trade lifecycle management and reporting.
Possess Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions and are comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure.
High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability, with a strong desire to build, improve, and scale systems rather than simply run them.
The motivation to be part of an ambitious business where the pace is high and expectations are real.
