The Opportunity
We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to operate in our Structured Products vertical. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at the center of our hyper-growth. You won't just support existing operations, you will be the central executor for our structured product deals, turning complex strategic objectives into scalable, repeatable, and compliant financial products. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Capital Markets, ensuring our infrastructure not only supports current demand but defines the future of on-chain structured finance.
This role is based full-time in our London office.
What you'll be doing
Build out the end-to-end strategy and operational execution for the Structured Products vertical.
Serve as the central point of contact for complex product deals, facilitating the full lifecycle from origination and legal/compliance structuring to final technical deployment.
Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on complex deal timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
Build and refine the operational playbooks for new structured product launches, ensuring standardization and automation that allows us to scale efficiently without compromising compliance.
Translate intricate financial requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring our infrastructure is optimized for high-complexity, high-value asset tokenization.
This role will be a great fit if you:
Have had exposure to structured products, investment funds, alternative assets or capital markets.
Have significant experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from pre-trade execution and settlement to post-trade lifecycle management and reporting.
Possess Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions and are comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure.
Are highly effective at building or improving operational processes, particularly in fast-growing or early-stage environments.
High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability, with a strong desire to build, improve, and scale systems rather than simply run them.
A proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward without needing constant direction.
The motivation to be part of an ambitious business where the pace is high and expectations are real.
