About Ctrl Alt
Ctrl Alt is designing and operating the on-chain infrastructure powering digital capital markets globally. We bring together a unique blend of expertise in financial markets and cutting-edge in-house technology to deliver tailored, compliant solutions in the alternative assets space. Since launching in 2022, we’ve tokenized over $1.5 Billion in assets across real estate, private credit, funds, litigation finance and more.
We’re building a high-performance, people-first culture where ambitious individuals can thrive. We move fast, think big and hold ourselves to a high bar, while keeping things collaborative, open and genuinely fun. At Ctrl Alt ideas win on merit, teams work closely with leadership, and everyone has a voice in shaping what we build next.
We believe that hard work should come with real reward. You won’t just join a company - you’ll help build one. Last year alone, we grew from 17 to 50 people, and this year we’re going faster and further. That means real responsibility, meaningful impact, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company that’s redefining the future of finance through the tokenization of alternative assets.
If you’re excited by scale-up energy, ownership, and the chance to help shape both a business and a culture, Ctrl Alt is where you can do the most rewarding work of your career.
What’s Involved
We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Chief of Staff, Jack Denton, in supporting the CEO Office.
This is a high-exposure, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving a wide range of problems, and wants to learn how a high-growth fintech operates from the inside.
The role is similar to what Jack previously did for the CEO - spanning research, sales support, operations, and general problem-solving across the business. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be expected to move quickly, think critically, and execute at a high standard.
You’ll act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, stepping into whatever is most important at any given time. From supporting commercial initiatives and driving internal projects to conducting research, preparing materials, and helping move key initiatives forward across the business, this role encompasses everything.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in our London office.
In this role you will:
Work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO office on high-priority initiatives across the business.
Take ownership of a wide variety of tasks spanning research, commercial, operational, and administrative work.
Support sales efforts by joining calls, preparing materials, and following up with prospects.
Help drive key projects forward by coordinating across teams and ensuring execution stays on track.
Act as a general problem-solver - stepping into gaps wherever needed to keep the business moving.
Manage and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Improve internal processes and help scale systems as the company grows.
Provide day-to-day support to the Chief of Staff to increase leverage across the leadership team.
